  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Time & Rates

  • Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

🚨 Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on location, weather, and courier partner availability.

🌍 Shipping Locations

  • Currently, we ship across India.

  • We’re working on expanding internationally soon!

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A nominal shipping fee of ₹49 may apply to orders below ₹999.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may incur an additional charge.

📦 Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive an email and/or SMS with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

  • You can also track your order status anytime via your ST Creation account.

❗ Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact our support team at support@stormwellnesshub.com. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

🛑 Undeliverable Orders

  • In case of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.
